The importance of solidarity
Giving back to our community is at the heart of Optimum Asset Management’s philosophy. Like each of the Optimum Financial Group entities, our firm has the liberty to make donations within its community and in the health and wellness, education, culture, sport and leisure sectors, in order to improve local well-being. We are also always open to supporting our clients’ causes.
Main organizations which we support
Optimum Asset Management is involved with the following organizations :
- La Maison Marguerite
- L'Œuvre Léger Foundation
- Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF)
- Regroupement pour la Trisomie 21 (Down Syndrome) Action 21 Event
- L’Association de la retraite et des avantages sociaux du Québec (ARASQ)
Vulnerable women who experience violence
Since 2022, Optimum and its employees generously support vulnerable women who experience violence by donating various items and volunteering with four regional organisations playing a key role in supporting and housing victims.
During the first annual Group-wide fundraising campaign, cumulative donations to the benefit of the four regional organisations reached nearly CAD 118,000 to give back to the communities in which we operate.
Profitable Volunteering
To further its support, the Optimum Financial Group gives La Maison Marguerite access to its staff, who participate in the foundation’s charity activities and help launch its projects. By encouraging its staff to put their energy and generosity to work, it achieves two objectives: it raises awareness within the team on the importance of community involvement and it strengthens its relationship with La Maison Marguerite. It’s a win-win situation on all fronts for the community.
Foundation of Greater Montréal
Optimum Asset Management has reached an agreement with the Foundation of Greater Montréal to meet its clients’ needs. This foundation helps donors set up funds to support causes and charities that matter most to them.
